Client Profile

The Client Profile is your personal hub within the Forkto platform. It provides key details about your business and offers functionalities to manage your Forkto account.

Business Profile

When you access the Client Profile page, you will see your business name prominently displayed. Alongside, you’ll find several badges that provide at-a-glance information about your account:

• Number of Locations: This badge indicates the total number of locations your business operates in.
• Subscription Status: A badge that shows whether your Forkto subscription is active or not.
• Member Since: This badge shows the date when you became a member of Forkto.

Support Pin

Located in the ‘Support Pin’ card is a unique pin that refreshes every 60 seconds. This pin is used for secure identification when contacting Forkto’s support services.

Change Your Password

To enhance account security, you can change your password directly from the Client Profile page. Follow these steps:

1. Click on the ‘Change your Password’ button.
2. A form will appear. Enter your current password in the ‘Old Password’ field.
3. Enter your new password in the ‘New Password’ field.
4. Confirm your new password in the ‘Confirm Password’ field. The fields will turn green if the new password and confirmation match.
5. Click the ‘Change Password’ button to apply the changes. If successful, you will receive a confirmation message.

Data Privacy

By clicking on the ‘Data Privacy’ button, you can access Forkto’s data privacy disclosure statement. It outlines how Forkto collects, uses, and protects your data.

Auditor Setup

As a Forkto user, you can give auditors access to your account for audits:

1. In the ‘Auditor Access Generation’ section, enter the email address of the auditor.
2. Click on the ‘Generate Access’ button.
3. An email will be sent to the auditor, providing them with access details. They will be able to review your account but won’t be able to make changes.

This is an essential feature for maintaining compliance and facilitating audits without sharing sensitive account credentials.
