Client Profile & Account

View and edit your business details, preferences, support PIN, data export, and legal documents from the Settings page.

The Settings page is your account control centre. Open it from the sidebar. It is grouped into four sections: Account & Subscription, Organization, Access Control, and Support & Data.

Business Details

Click Business Details to view or update your contact information.

  1. Click Edit Details.
  2. Update any fields across Personal Details (first name, last name, direct phone, direct email), Business Information (business name, business phone, business email, business address, website), and Compliance Information (EC Number, VAT Number).
  3. Click Save Changes. Click Cancel to discard.

Preferences

Click Preferences to configure regional settings and email reports.

  • Currency — choose the currency used throughout the app.
  • Temperature units are set per location; follow the link to Locations shown on this page.
  • Enable end of day email report — toggle on to receive a daily summary at your business email address (default send time: 8:00 PM). Turn on Customize send time to choose a different hour.

Changes to preferences save automatically as you toggle them.

Support PIN

Click Support Pin to see a code that refreshes every minute. Share this code with the Forkto support team when asked — it lets them verify your identity without needing your password.

Data Export

Click Data Export to download a complete backup of your account.

  1. Click Export All Data.
  2. A ZIP file is prepared and downloaded to your device. The export includes audits, users, locations, temperature logs, food records, stock data, vehicles, complaints, files, and more.
  3. Passwords, PINs, and tokens are removed from the export automatically.

Click Legal & Privacy to open the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or End User License Agreement in a new tab.
