Forkto starts at £13 per month per site with unlimited users. This includes temperature logging, cooking and food temperature logs, unlimited custom checklists and forms, an allergen matrix, and tools to track and resolve issues with a clear record of what was done. Pricing for more complex setups depends on your requirements. We can discuss pricing for several sites, and charity discounts are available.

What equipment is needed to use Forkto?

Forkto works on any modern browser, so staff can use phones or tablets. No downloads are required; log in on any browser with a Wi-Fi connection.

How can I pay for Forkto?

You can pay by card through Stripe. Invoice payments are available for larger setups.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

The free trial includes all features for 14 days. Subscribe to continue using Forkto. If you don't subscribe, your platform data will eventually be deleted.

How secure is my data on Forkto?

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, regular backups and secure hosting. Your data remains private and confidential.

Are there any upgrade fees or hidden costs?

We explain the price for your setup before you subscribe. Optional hardware accessories may cost extra but are not required for core functionality.
