PDF Builder

Design reusable PDF document templates with sections for questions, tables, sign-off, and QR codes.

PDF Builder lets you create reusable PDF form templates — for example cleaning checklists or handover sheets — that can be downloaded and printed. Find it in the sidebar under Business → PDF Builder.

Note: PDF Builder is an early-stage feature. The form list and some save/load actions may not work reliably in the current version. Contact support if you experience issues.

Creating a new form

  1. Go to Business → PDF Builder.
  2. Click Create New Form.
  3. Enter a Form Title and Form Description.
  4. Tick Include Header if you want your business header printed at the top of the PDF.

Adding sections

Each form is built from one or more sections. To add a section:

  1. Choose a type from the Section Type dropdown:
    • Yes/No Questions — a list of questions with Yes/No columns.
    • Table with Empty Rows — a table with custom column headers and a set number of blank rows.
    • Sign Off — a signature block.
    • QR Code — a QR code linking to a URL you specify.
  2. Click Add Section.
  3. Fill in the Section Title and any type-specific fields (questions, table headers, number of empty rows, or URL).
  4. Use the up/down arrow buttons to reorder sections, or Remove Section to delete one.

Saving a form

Click Save Form. Your form is saved and will appear in the My Forms list.

Downloading a form as PDF

From the My Forms list, click Download on any form card to generate and save the PDF file.

  • Preview opens a read-only view of the form layout before downloading.
  • Open the form card’s menu and choose Generate PNG to save a PNG image of the first page.
  • Download All generates and downloads every form in your list in one go.
