AI Assistant
Request an AI-generated analysis of your current data to highlight gaps and potential food safety risks.
The AI Assistant analyses your data and returns a written summary with observations and suggestions. It is currently available on the Temperature Logging page. The button is only visible when the AI feature is enabled on your account.
Where to find it
On the Records → Temps page, look for the glowing button in the top-right of the page header.
How to use it
- Open Records → Temps.
- Click the AI button.
- Wait a moment while the analysis runs.
- Read the response in the panel that appears, then click Close when done.
What the analysis covers
For Temperature Logging, the AI looks at today’s data for your current location and provides:
- Overall completion status for each location (logs recorded vs. expected).
- Any locations with missing readings.
- Out-of-range temperatures and how far they deviate.
- Patterns or trends worth attention.
- Suggested immediate actions for compliance and food safety.
