Is it really free?
Yes. If your current published FHRS rating is 0, 1, 2 or 3, Forkto is free from signup until your next published rating is a 5, for up to 12 months. Nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.
What happens when I get my 5?
We'll get in touch, congratulate you, and ask if you want to continue on a paid plan from £13/month per location. A 5 is maintained day to day, and the same checks and records that won it help maintain it.
What if I don't get a 5 within 12 months?
The free period lasts until your next published 5 rating or 12 months from signup, whichever comes first. There is no penalty and nothing is charged for the free period.
Who qualifies?
New Forkto customers in England, Wales or Northern Ireland whose current published FHRS rating is 0, 1, 2 or 3. Scotland uses a different scheme, so the offer cannot apply there yet.
How do you know my rating?
We check the Food Standards Agency's public register live as you search. Nothing is stored unless you choose to start a trial.
