Dashboard
The home screen you land on after signing in, showing what needs doing today and quick links to your most-used pages.
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It’s your starting point for the day — it shows what still needs doing and gives one-tap access to the pages you use most.
Today
The Today panel lists everything that needs action right now, most urgent first:
- Overdue — checks past their due time, open issues past their due date, and temperature logs you’ve missed.
- Due today — scheduled checks, food temperatures still to record, and AM/PM temperature slots still to fill.
- Drafts — checks you started but haven’t submitted.
On a computer, an Available checks list underneath shows the other checks assigned to your location and when they’re next due.
Quick Links
A row of shortcut tiles takes you straight to the pages you use most — Checks, Temperatures, Food Records, Clock In/Out, Issues, and Wastage.
Stock & Intake
If your business uses stock and intakes, a Stock & Intake section shows your current counts for meat, ingredients, packaging and more, with quick buttons to book in new stock or see what you have.
Clocking out
If you’re clocked in, a red You are clocked in — tap to clock out button sits at the top of the page so you can clock out in one tap.
Announcements
When your manager posts an announcement, it appears at the top of the Dashboard. Tap Acknowledge to confirm you’ve read it.
