Your Profile
View your personal contact details, change your password, and enable biometric login on mobile devices.
The Profile page shows your personal account information. Open it from Profile in the sidebar footer. It has up to three tabs: Profile, Security, and Biometrics (mobile only).
Viewing your profile
The Profile tab shows two cards:
- Contact Information — your email address (or username) and phone number
- Work Information — your assigned locations, your clock-in status, and (where applicable) your linked supplier company
Editing your profile
- Click Edit Profile at the top right of the Profile tab.
- Update your details in the Edit Profile modal.
- Save to apply the changes.
Changing your password
- Click the Security tab.
- Enter your Current Password, then your New Password (minimum eight characters), and repeat it in Confirm New Password.
- Click Update Password.
If the passwords do not match or the new password is too short, the fields show an inline error before you can submit.
Biometric login (mobile only)
The Biometrics tab lets you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or a fingerprint instead of typing your password each time.
- Toggle the switch on to enable biometric login. The label reflects what your device supports: Face ID, Touch ID, or Fingerprint.
- Toggle it off to disable biometric login at any time.
If biometric authentication is not set up on your device, the tab shows a message and the toggle is unavailable.
