Deliveries
Group multiple intake items under a single delivery record with van temperatures and supplier details.
Deliveries lets you capture an entire vehicle delivery in one record — supplier, invoice, optional van temperatures, and all individual intake items (meat, ingredients, or packaging) — rather than booking each batch separately. Find it at Production → Intakes → Deliveries. Available if the Deliveries module is on for your account.
Viewing existing deliveries
The Deliveries list shows delivery records for the selected date range. Filter by Supplier or change the period (Last 7 days through Last 90 days). Each card shows the supplier, intake date, the person who booked it in, the total value (if recorded), and the items included.
Recording a new delivery
Click Book in Delivery in the page header.
Step 1 — Delivery details

Enter the Invoice # (optional).

Search for and select the Supplier.

If you need to record van temperatures, click Record van temperatures (if needed) and enter one or more of:
- Van Ambient Temperature
- Van Chilled Temperature
- Van Frozen Temperature

Click Save Delivery.
Step 2 — Add items to the delivery
Once the delivery is saved, the Add an item to delivery button becomes active.
- Click Add an item to delivery.
- Scan or type a barcode. If the product type is recognised, the correct intake form opens straight away. If not, choose Meat, Ingredient, or Packaging from the options shown.
- Complete the intake form for that item (see Meat Intake, Ingredient Intake, or Packaging Intake for field details). Click Complete Intake to attach the item to the delivery.
- Repeat for every item in the delivery.
The Delivery Items table at the bottom of the page updates as each item is added, showing the product name, intake time, quantity or weight, traceability ID, and value.
Step 3 — Finalise the delivery
When all items are added:
- Tick the confirmation checkbox: I … have checked the information and confirm it is correct.
- Click Finalize Delivery to close the record.
To discard the whole delivery (including all items already booked in), click Cancel Delivery.
Editing a delivery
From the ⋯ menu on a delivery card in the list, choose Edit to reopen the delivery record and make changes.
