Reports

Learn how to view, filter, and export reports across all areas of your business in Forkto.

The Reports section in Forkto gives admins and auditors a central place to view and export data from across the platform — intake records, temperature logs, checks, food records, stock levels, and more.

Overview

When you open Reports, you’ll see a dashboard with cards grouped into four sections:

  • Intake Records — Meat Intakes, Ingredients, Packaging
  • Inventory & Products — Stock, Products, Suppliers
  • Compliance & Safety — Checks, Temperature Logs, Food Records
  • Operations — User Clock Events (admins and auditors only)

Each card shows the total record count. Click a card to open that report.

Supports date range filtering, search, and CSV export.

Food Records

User Clock Events

Opens with summary cards for each team member showing their name, current clock status, total events, and total hours worked. Click a user card to drill down into their full event history with date, time, and clock in/out status. Supports date range filtering and CSV export. Admins can edit individual clock event timestamps from this view.

Product Trace

The Product Trace report shows the full traceability chain for a finished product — from the raw materials all the way through to the final product.

It includes:

  • Product details — name, batch ID, production date, use-by date, quantity, weight, barcode, who produced it.
  • Plant ID — the production facility’s EC number.
  • Trace completeness — a percentage showing how complete the traceability data is, with flags for any missing information.
  • Ingredient breakdown — cards for each meat, ingredient, and packaging item used, showing their origin, supplier, weight/quantity, and dates.

You can print, download as PDF, or email the product trace to a recipient.

Filtering and Exporting

Most reports support:

  • Date range filtering — select a “From” and “To” date to narrow down records. Available on intake reports, temperature logs, checks, food records, and clock events.
  • Search — the checks report has a dedicated search bar that searches across form titles, reference codes, check data, and user names. All other reports have built-in table search.
  • CSV export — every report table can be exported as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets or compliance records.

Who Can Access Reports

Reports are available to admins and auditors only. Regular users cannot access the Reports section. Within reports, the User Clock Events section is hidden from regular users (only visible to admins and auditors).

Use Reports to review your business data, prepare for inspections, and export records for compliance. The Product Trace is especially useful for demonstrating full traceability to auditors and regulators.
