Reports & Monitoring Updated 30 May 2026

Reports

Browse, filter by date range, and export CSV data across all your food-safety and operational records.

Reports is a single hub to review historical data across intake, inventory, compliance, and operations. Find it in the sidebar under Reports → Reports.

The Reports dashboard

Opening Reports shows a card grid grouped into four sections:

  • Intake Records — Meat Intakes, Ingredients, Packaging
  • Inventory & Products — Stock, Products, Suppliers
  • Compliance & Safety — Checks, Temperature Logs, Food Records
  • Operations — User Clock Events, Production Runs, Payroll (estimated)

Only report types that have at least one record appear as cards. Click any card to open that report.

Filtering data

Every report page has a From and To date picker in the header. Most reports default to the start of the current month. The Checks report also has a search box — type to filter by check form name, reference, or staff member name.
