Daily Dashboard | Forkto Help Center

The Daily Dashboard gives a live snapshot of what has happened today across checks, temperatures, food records, and team activity. Find it in the sidebar under Reports → Daily Dash.

Filters

At the top of the page you can narrow the view:

User filter — select a team member to see only their activity, or leave it on All users to see everyone.
From and To date pickers — defaults to today; change the range to review a past period.

Panels

Up to five panels appear depending on the modules active for your account.

Daily Active Users

Always shown. Displays how many staff are currently active and how many have been active today, with a table listing each person’s last activity time.

Daily Food Records

Shows a count of food temperature actions logged today, broken down by type: Cook, Cool, Reheat, Cold Serve. Click the chart icon in the panel header to open the matching report in Reports.

Out of Spec Temperatures

Lists any temperature readings that fell outside the allowed range for a monitoring point.

Temperature Records

Lists all temperature readings for the period, colour-coded — readings outside their allowed range appear in red and are marked (Out of Spec). Click the chart icon in the panel header to open the matching report in Reports.

Daily Checks

Shows how many checks have been completed for each check form today, grouped by form name. Click the chart icon in the panel header to open the matching report in Reports.
