Training
Publish PDF training materials, assign them to staff, and track who has read and acknowledged them.
Training lets you publish PDF training materials and track which staff members have read and acknowledged them. Find it in the sidebar under Business → Training. Available if the training module is on for your account.
Only admins can create and assign courses.
Managing courses
Adding a training course
- Click Add Training (top-right action button).
- In the Add Training Course panel, enter a Title and optional Description.
- Pick the training document from the Training PDF dropdown — PDFs must be uploaded first via the Files section (see Files for how to upload).
- Click Create Course.
Editing or deleting a course
Each course card has an edit icon (to open Edit Training Course) and a delete option. Deleting a course also removes all its assignments.
Assigning a course to a staff member
- Click the assign icon on a course card to open the Assign Training panel.
- Choose a team member from the Select User dropdown (anyone already assigned to this course is excluded).
- Optionally set a Due Date and add Notes for the assignee.
- Click Assign Training.
Viewing all assignments
The Training Assignments section beneath the courses grid shows every assignment across all courses, where you can remove individual assignments.
Completing your training
The courses assigned to you appear under My Training — one card per course. Each card shows the course title and description, the assigned and due dates, and a yellow Pending or green Completed badge. A due date turns amber when it’s within 7 days and red when overdue.
Reading and marking a course complete
- Click Start Training on a course card.
- Read through the PDF in the viewer. Use the left and right arrow buttons to page through the document.
- Once you have read the material, tick the checkbox labelled I confirm that I have read and understood this training material.
- Click Mark as Completed.
The card updates to show a green Completed badge and the date you finished. You can re-open the PDF at any time using View Again.
