Products

View, print labels for, and trace the finished products created during production runs.

The Products page is your record of everything that has come off the production line. Products are created automatically when you complete a production run — either a multi-recipe run from the Production page or a single-recipe run started from a recipe card. You’ll find Products in the Production section of the sidebar.

Browsing products

Use the date filter (Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days) to control how far back the list reaches.

Products are grouped into Production Runs (batches committed through the multi-recipe Production page) and Other Products (individual products created outside a run). Each row shows the recipe name, quantity, who produced it, and when.

Viewing a product record

Click any product to open its detail page. You’ll see:

  • Quantity & Weight
  • Important Dates — created date and use-by date (highlighted if expired or close to expiry)
  • Product Details — barcode, storage info, produced by, location
  • Box Information — box barcode and products per box (shown only when set on the recipe)

Click Print Trace to download a PDF traceability report, or Full Trace to view the complete ingredient trace.

Printing labels

Labels are triggered from the Production page immediately after a run completes. On the Products list, individual label printing is available via the print modal launched from a production run row.

Editing a product

On the product detail page, click Edit to open the edit form and update fields.

Traceability

Every product stores which ingredient intakes were used (right down to supplier, batch, and quantity). Use Full Trace on the product detail page to see the full chain from raw ingredient to finished product.
